Activated Carbon
Engineered High-Porosity Carbon Media for Industrial Purification
High-surface-area adsorptive carbon manufactured by controlled thermal activation of carbonized biomass, engineered for liquid purification, water treatment, and gas-phase filtration.
Engineered Biomass Characteristics
Activated carbon is an engineered, ultra-porous carbonaceous adsorbent manufactured by carbonizing selected biomass feedstocks and subsequently subjecting them to high-temperature thermal activation with steam or activating gases. This activation process selectively oxidizes internal carbon atoms, etching out an intricate network of sub-nanometer micropores and mesopores. With specific surface areas exceeding 900 to 1,200 square meters per gram, our activated carbon provides immense physical and chemical adsorption capacity to capture dissolved organic pollutants, heavy metals, odor compounds, and volatile contaminants from liquids and industrial air streams.
Feedstock Origins
Dense agricultural biomass shells, coconut shells, agro-forestry residues, and high-density carbonized precursors.
